We’re so excited to serve alongside you at the Pumpkin Patch this year! Please review the volunteer list and make sure you see your name and serving area. You may see your name listed in more than one area, such as Setup and also Safety—no worries, those serving times don’t overlap, so you’re just helping us out in more than one spot throughout the day! If you selected Anywhere Needed, many of you are currently on our floater list, and we’ll place you in an area of greatest need as we get closer to the event. If you’ve spoken with us about volunteering but don’t see your name listed, please reach out so we can make sure we don’t miss you!

We will have a Volunteer Meeting on Sunday, October 18 at 3 PM in the Fellowship Hall, where we’ll go over all the details for the day. The Patch will be open Saturday, October 24 from 10 AM–6 PM, and our goal is to have enough volunteers to serve in shifts so everyone gets a chance to step away, visit the vendors, enjoy the activities, and experience the day too! If you’re willing to serve all day, we absolutely appreciate you—but we hope to have plenty of hands so no one has to stay in one spot all day. If you already know you can only serve for part of the day, that’s perfectly fine—just let us know! We’d also love any extra hands willing to help with setup before we open or cleanup once the day wraps up.

We can’t wait for one big day at the Patch filled with fun, fellowship, and opportunities to love on our community! More than anything, we’re excited to serve alongside our church family as we welcome our neighbors, share Jesus, and put lots of smiles on faces. What a great opportunity to live out our mission to Love God, Love Others, and Serve Both as we GO!
